He completed a 3-year postdoctoral course in neurology sponsored by Logan Chiropractic College that was held at Bentley College in Waltham, Ma. He successfully passed examinations given by the American College of Chiropractic Neurology to earn the certification as Diplomate of the Board of Chiropractic Neurology. Dr. Jennings also holds Board Certification/Diplomate status in Pain Management through the American College of Pain Management and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.
Dr. Jennings worked as an associate doctor in Tacoma, Washington for one year, and one year in Fairbanks, Alaska before opening a practice in Palmer, Alaska. He served this community for 4 years before re-locating to Northern Virginia. Here he established The Chiropractic Neurology Center Virginia in Fairfax, Virginia, 20 miles west of Washington, D.C. In 1994 Dr. Jennings was named by Washingtonian Magazine as the top sports chiropractor for the DC Metropolitan area.

Dr. Jennings simultaneously worked 2 years as the Chiropractic Director at Woodburn Internal Medicine Associates, an inter-disciplinary practice in Fairfax, VA. He served 2 years as a Senior Neurologist for the American College of Chiropractic Neurology, and 5 years as assistant instructor for Cleveland Chiropractic College.
He is a Qualified Medical Evaluator in the State of California and serves as an expert witness for disputes in the worker’s compensation system and personal injury arena. He has received advanced training and certification in the diagnosis and treatment of learning disabilities and behavioral disorders by the Carrick Institute for Postdoctoral Education. He has also completed advanced training in a certification course recognized by American Chiropractic Neurology Board in the treatment of Vertigo and Balance disorders.
